YoloArts temporarily closes offices; programs canceled or postponed

YoloArts, the central arts organization serving Yolo County, announced Wednesday the cancellation or postponement of several programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

* The Barn Gallery and Gibson House open hours are cancelled through April 6.

* The Collage Workshop with Lorna Stevens has been cancelled.

* YoloArts’ March Board of Directors meeting has been cancelled.

365体育投注* Gallery 625’s April 3 opening reception has been cancelled.

* March Art & Ag farm visit is postponed.

“The health and well-being of our staff, volunteers and guests is always a top concern. YoloArts is following the COVID-19 guidelines provided by Yolo County Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control to aid in prevention. We will continue to monitor recommended action from these agencies,” the organization wrote in an email to supporters.
The YoloArts offices will be closed until Monday, March 30, though staff are working remotely and are able to respond to emails. General inquires can be made to [email protected]. Supporters also are invited to engage with YoloArts via Facebook and Instagram (@yoloartsca) and its website, yoloarts.org, which will soon feature current exhibitions online.
